Refund policy

Right of return

All unused, unopened products are eligible for return. You must inform us of your deire to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The customer is responsible for any return costs. Seeds of Love does not take responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels.

If a product is returned to us in an opened package or otherwise in used condition, Seeds of Love reserves the right to deduct the decrease in value from the refund sum. Depending on the product this could be 100% of the purchase price if the item can't be resold. Please take good care of the item you plan on returning.


Returning a faulty product

Please make sure to inform us of any faulty products or parts as soon as possible. You can easily reach us by email at Wait for the return instructions and follow them carefully. We can not handle any returns that are made without our consent.


In case of a faulty product we will exchange a new product for you. Some products have a manufacturer warranty; it may require you to register the product on the manufacturer's website. The EU consumer guarantee law also assumes a two-year responsibility for the seller; if your product shows flaws or stops working within two years of purchase you may be eligible to have it fixed or exchanged to a new product free of charge. In cases where the product cannot be fixed or exchanged in a reasonable manner, you may be eligible for a partial refund that is calculated based on the expected life span of the product.


Please note that the consumer guarantee only applies to products that have a flaw that was present at the time of purchase – if the product stops working due to careless handling, inadequate maintenance or other such reason dependent on the customer, it is not eligible for the consumer guarantee program.


Lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is lost, please inform us as soon as possible so we can look into it.

If a shipment arrives in a damaged condition please take photos of any damages right away and inform us as soon as possible.

We will then arrange you a new shipment and handle the complaint process with the courier service on your behalf.
